  1. I’d recommend the moka pot or Aeropress. Both are capable of making small amounts of concentrated coffee that work great in lattes. Moka pot is probably the closest flavour-wise but the aeropress would be able to make enough for two lattes in one go. James Hoffmann has a great guide on YouTube to using both methods to make lattes.

  2. If you’re trying to make coffee shop style lattes, you can’t do it without an espresso machine. Aeropress or moka pot can create concentrated coffee but adding milk will dilute the coffee taste and it will taste more milky than coffeey.
